The easy access to nearby spots like silver park, coupled with the friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile when I had questions about the area.

Complimentary and hot breakfast - 3 star level. The rooms - new-fashioned, inviting with 2 queen beds and a nice work space, for instance. Great and unbeatable location in a college town, in the very nice area.

The free breakfast was one of the best I've seen, fresh fruit, hot eggs, and sausage every day like they really care about the guests. Plus I loved how they had a nice big TV and comfy chairs in the room. The staff was super friendly, always helpful whenever I needed something, smiley faces everywhere. Like when I asked about the check-in, they were quick to help. You just don't see that everywhere.

It wasn't the cheapest place but honestly, it's acceptable for the quality offered here.

Such frequent pool closure is disappointing!!! Internet access needs an overhaul to be user-friendly!!! Management should communicate facility availability better to avoid guest frustration!!! Check-in delays need addressing for a smoother experience!!!

The breakfast options were decent! Plus, the cleanliness standards were excellent for this stay. But oh man, the layout of my King Room Sofa Bed was so spacious. We seemed like we had our own little kingdom!

And can we talk about the hiccup with payment? We got charged by both the hotel and the third party, and weeks later, we're still waiting on that refund.

Absolutely perfect location for Alliance, right next to plenty of restaurants, a Walmart, gas stations, and standard outlets. Extremely clean building and rooms with beautiful decoration.

This brand-new hotel stands out for its nice design. the rooms are stylish and spacious, with good views. - the location is great, being based next to a standard outlet. - It is a short walk to great restaurants and shopping areas, as well as the interstate for travel to Alliance, Ohio, and the surrounding Metro area.
